Bleems is an app that offers a wide variety of flowers, confections & gifts. With the provision for same-day delivery or scheduling delivery to your liking, available in 5 countries.
Project Goals
The goal of this project is to create a standardized visual language that should be followed throughout the whole app. One of goal was also to optimize the user flows and unify the shopping experience.
The Visual Design
We have established a design system with accordance to the industry standards as well as trends to maintain a modern look. All components have rounded corners, as opposed to sharp edges as before, to communicate a feeling of trust and friendliness.
User Flows
First, I created a user flow diagram to help understand the structure better and get a better idea of the relationship between the pages on the app. Subsequently, the pages and sections were re-built in order of the hierarchy.
UX Enhancement
A plethora of UX improvements have been studied and implemented into the app to make the user experience more pleasant. Some of the major ones are demonstrated below:

70+ screens with 35+ components and states. 70+ unique styled icons that fit the branding. High-fidelity fully interactive prototype created using Adobe XD.
